Love Story
I think you understand
Deep inside we can relate
That joyous surprise
When you enter Love's gates
That door just swung open
You barely touched the lock
And the other person...
Greeted before you knocked
Conversation flowed like water
And time it sped on by
You smiled after each sentence
Felt sad at each goodbye
You fought like cat and dog
But only then did you realise
No matter what the hurt was
You couldn't break those ties
So at the end you laugh
You thank God for that chance
For that window of opportunity
To find love and romance
