I Could Write Poem by Sister Frances

I Could Write

Rating: 4.8

I could write about a sunrise
The glistening waves of the sea
A mirage of rainbow colors
But that wouldn't be me

I could write about a moon
The shadows of a willow tree
Golden fall leaves on the ground
But that wouldn't be me

I could write about a storm
The shrieks of gulls above a sea
Dew drops suspended on grass
But that wouldn't be me

I could write about passion
The blood that pumps in your body
The rise and fall of your chest
Now that would be me
