Losing Your Focus Poem by John Masaitis

Losing Your Focus

Spiritual warfare their industry
An esoteric society
A new world order their dynasty
Rain Man a King, Illuminati.

Wishes granted what's your desire?
Yes or no is all we require
Your music truly will inspire
Good is gone and black's our attire
Souls your goal until you retire
When your dead new blood we will hire
If we're damned, then bring on the fire.

Worldly treasures fortune and now fame
All you need for your prizes to claim,
On the dotted line, in blood your name.
You sold your soul to play in our game.
Morals now lost a God you became.

The evil so great I can't explain
I gained the whole world yet I'm insane
A star's way out bullets to the brain

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
talking about the music and entertainment business how these artists start out, and what happens after greed and power take over. Think of all the stars who have it all yet kill themselves cause they are so depressed and can never leave.

A frightening poem, and yet as you say - it is sadly true, the entertainment industry does sound very dangerous in the news.
