Loneliness Poem by Paul Klobusicky

Loneliness

Loneliness

Like death and taxes
Loneliness is never far from us
We are all susceptible to it
It can touch us from near and far
In a quick moment
Or like a cancer that grows

However the worst kind of loneliness
Is the one that is self inflicted
One that is driven
By guilt
Had we consider someone feelings first
Rather than quenching our thirst
