Limerick 066 Poem by John Carter Brown

Limerick 066

Rating: 4.8

There once was a fellow from Wales
Who bred a new breed of strange quails;
But his plans went awry
As the birds couldn't fly
And what's more, they grew up with no tails.

There was an old codger called John who's strides were exceedingly long he'd not hitch them up for his belly was such and they wouldn't slide over his thong!
