I was seventeen years old!
When I joined college
In a far off unknown place
I was staring, staring at every thing
Like a frightened cat!
The beautiful girls from cities
Dressed in modern dress elegantly
Caught my eyes enthusiastically,
I was very much amused!
I started loving three,
Of course one sided love,
Two girls turned up towards me,
But no positive signal!
I chose one, but Alas!
She also married somebody
Who was wealthy!
What can I do?
Why should I worry?
I married, an arranged marriage,
My uncle’s daughter longing
To love me happily!
I am 24
She is 18
Eligible to marry,
We lived happily!
