Life Poem by Parameswaran K V

Life

Rating: 4.7

Silent and obscure,
Creeping under the bush,
Growing,
Gathering force,
Cutting its own path
Seeping through the barriers
Advancing
Battling the rocks,
Roaring down the precipices,
Flooding the valleys
Pushing aside the banks
Fuming, foaming, panting,
Pawing in the darkness
Whirling in whirlpools,
Bogged down in the marshes,
For a while overwhelmed,
Getting up in the next,
Running and running
Till, in the end,
Dissolving into the sea of time.
