Its mind blowing, relaxing and spiritual… pick your medicine.
The thunderous base-line runs through the spine and becomes synchronized with my heart beat. Sharp chords make the hairs on my arm stand up. My feet can’t help but follow along with the steady pulse of the drum’s beat. Going.. going.. gone, to another stratosphere, Baby!
I’m having an out of body experience!
Every thump takes me to the next level. See… I can trip without the “X”.

Seductive, mellow and easy listening music keeps the heart rate just above flat-line. Experiencing peaceful and tranquil times…… settling in after a long day. My head drops back, the arms and legs are limp, just chillin on the favorite easy boy. The sound of the melody resonates throughout my mind, body and soul. It’s just another “Quiet Storm” moment, you dig.

Get up! Spread the news! Hear the organ? That’s the cue.
Get your house in order, the King is coming!
The spirit has taken over; my body is out of control.
Words are falling out my mouth unfamiliar to those not sanctified. Indescribable joy fills the soul as it gives praise through dance.
Music…. It’s more powerful than you know.
So enjoy the ride, and let the rhythm hit ya.
