Let The Beloved Ruin You Poem by Raaida Salik

Let The Beloved Ruin You

Burn the books of endless knowledge
Kiss the naked lilies in carmine dawns
Rub your lashes against the doves of prayers
Till the dulcimer of your soul flows wild
Stand nude in the divine winds
And robe yourself with the sighs of the beloved
Sing no more
Dance no more
Drink no more
Breathe in every thread of the love rag
Let beloved's love-philter ruin you....
