I wrote you a poem
Every word is true
I wanted you to know
All the good that you do

You always make me laugh
When we are together
When I'm feeling down
You always make me feel better

You have a special way
When you look at me
Your eyes speak to me
That you like what you see

I hope she sees in me
How she makes my world much brighter
When things get too serious
She has a way of making things lighter

She can take a rainy day
And turn it into sun
She has a special way about her
Making sure life is always fun

I hope she knows she's special
I wanted her to know for sure
Because sharing it all with her
Only makes me love her more

I can lean upon her
Whenever I need to
Knowing she'll always be there
To help me make it through
