Late Night Thoughts

As I lay here thinking about you, Just know that I came up with this

ryhme, I wish I had a beat too, I hope soon you'll be by my side, because

I can't get you off my mind, This little birdie told me you love me

so, Let's get together and give it a go, Chilling here with my

bro, Wanting to get high, So I scraped my bowl, Bits of resin stuck on

the tip of my fingertips, I don't really mind that just give me a

hit, My bong standing at 1 foot long, When it's packed take a hit with

you GOD given lungs, I chill and lay back and the thought of you pops

in my head, I wish you were here in my arms sleeping in my bed, I ain't

gunna tell you this and that, but if you wanna know better just

ask, Shades on my face to cover up my shame, and I know there's only one

thing to blame, I know what I do is bad and unhealthy you say, Don't

really care to say no through the day, I'm smoking up and blowing smoke

rings to the sky, I know I can feel the feeling when I'm high, Sooner or

later my sweet sweet baby I got to say goodbye, but not for long, No, I'm

not ryhming for money or fame, Yes, You can say that's lame, but I don't

care because in the afterlife I know, That more things happily await me

at the door.

We are as clouds that veil the midnight moon;
How restlessly they speed, and gleam, and quiver,
Streaking the darkness radiantly!--yet soon
