A New Year Wish

God, give me fortune,

Love and shed

Grains in my empty little vat,

Greet in my abandoned working hand.

I need a light in my lantern

so can stay awake la bit longer,

He should keep my fait together

When He gives me some good answers.

He must give me a radiance,

Instant of handling a death sentence.

But I’m so shy, I have my fears

He should bless me without praise.
