Kiss Poem by Jaime Montanez Salcedo

Kiss

Rating: 5.0

In the voice of love it is forever there,
And for passionate lips to repeat the bliss,
In that in ardor had sealed a pledge most fair,
Never more to part, that love's reviving kiss.
The sense of love is wholly in its care,
Sweet notes of joy with amorous emphasis,
To feast with ecstasy and be aware
That in its wildest passion must time dismiss.
Forever, ever, in agonies it swells,
Thus with anguished woe throbs for love to soar,
So rest in the tenderness of its spells,
In wild midnight dream, passions adore,
And with maddening joy restrain dispels,
Letting the lips to breath love ever more.
