It's A Fantasy World Poem by Cookie Matzii

It's A Fantasy World

Mesmerized,
I become so weak.
Come near me,
words I can't speak.

I hope you give me your number,
we could text all day, all night.
I don't care if there's a storm, a thunder,
I'd do anything for you with all my might.

You give me inspiration for school,
so now for me,
school has become cool.
Just as long as I know you're warm,
all safe and out of harm.

Actually I'd love to go to school,
even if it meant every single day.
I would just love to see your smile,
see you waving at me, 'Hey! '
You just look all prim and proper
every time I see your face.
I would just stare saying, 'Hi, err.'
Then thoughts would vanish without a trace.

I'd love to run up to you, just hug you, you know.
I'd squeeze the heck right out of you, and then
I'd never let you go.

All those thoughts I keep in my fantasy world,
where there, anything I could be.
There I could meet up with the Lord,
He could give me anything,
and the best part, they're all for free.

But then I'm zapped back to the 'real-world',
all these things are prohibited.
We need to do what is right,
follow what has been exhibited.

But in my fantasy world,
you're always there with me.
We act oh, so happy as if we were meant to be.
There, everything is perfect,
you and I holding hands.
Loud music playing in the background,
we just crazily dance.

In my fantasy world,
to me, you'd never lie.
You'd just take my hand
and together we'll run,
we'll fly.

In my fantasy world, it's like
everything is destined to be happy.
But then reality just strikes me
with a big blow saying,
'Hey, don't forget,
this is all just fantasy.'
