Is There Enough Room Poem by Ana Monnar

Is There Enough Room

Rating: 4.5

Is there enough room in my heart
Dive in and try to remember
Take a glance and see who might part
Fall in love until December

Summer, fall, winter, and through spring
Born to love, have faith, and survive
To hear Blue Jays flutter and sing
Smelling jasmine to feel alive

Fear I see, in my humble eyes
Unknown don’t wish for the present
Pure thoughts dismissed, forever dies
Lessen heart tougher than cement

Love for my daughter and two sons
Without doubt I love the three tons
