Evil queen insomnia
let me sleep in a deep slumber
let me dream;
of familiar - unfamiliar faces,
journeys in slow motions
in empty streets full of commotions
going round and round
not knowing where i am bound
Night after night
you put me through long silent torture,
twisting dreads in my hair,
chattering through my brain
about your evil deeds,
your victims and your trophies
Let me disintegrate into the night,
among the sleepy stars whispers
telling each other bed time stories
of thousand lends across the world, of
musses, living at the edge of the sea
singing sweet lullabies to passing sailors
Somnus, god of sleep
hide the full moons face
peeping through the window
laughing at my inability to sleep
daring me to get out of bed
to play moon games, with
shadowy ghosts creeping in my garden
Just knock me out in deep sleep
hold my eyes shut tight
don't let me have a peep
through out the whole night
Night hold on to the dark
don't let down bring out the light
give me one more chance, one more try
let my half size eyes, win the sleep fight
