Infinity Poem by surbhi singh

Infinity

I still remember
the left out corner of the bed
Where I crawled at night
when scared
Is still the safest place I know
In your arms, mom
my all worries go
And I find peace and solace
When you wipe your hand on my face
My every tear is scared of you
There is some kind of magic you do.
If the world tear me apart
you can repair my broken heart
You were there through the thick and thin
your love assuredly is the best medicine

Oh god! Of all the things i ever plead
My mom is all that I need
For me, she gave all of her life
She chose to be a mother
And never thought otherwise
Though she was naive
When I came in world
she left all choices and
made me her world
Before taking each step she thought twice
she saw my dreams every night in her eyes
When she scold, she herself weep
She stays awake if I don't sleep
If you ask me how much she loves
Can you measure infinity that's how much she does
