Impression Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Impression

Her face was beautiful enough to be hung along the walls of museums.
It's not that they wouldn't except her but her face alone was meant for more.
Her smile would shed the brightest light making the sun shine in another part of the sky.
Afraid it would be drowned in the light of her smile.
Devoured by all her smile touched.
Her eyes rivaled the stars shone at night, when she looked upon them the planet often fell in love with the stratosphere of her eyes.
Beckoning to move closer making the stars block each moving path from the planets that fell in love.
Her face was one to marvel calmly moving about day to day.
Her cheeks often brightened with delight.
Filled with joy from the simplest of things.
Her eyes often cut low from how high her cheeks rose.
Her face was beautiful enough to be painted in the brightest of pastel.
A picture of perfection captured in one brillant moment.
A lasting impression
Soon as the sun takes to the sky
