Immaculate Grace Poem by Gary Lewis

Immaculate Grace

You are one I wish was my own

Sadly fathered by one short of a backbone

First met you when aged just eight

Bright & lively, knew you would turn out great

Your drive to succeed knows no bounds

Even when faced against those UKBA hounds

You are the beacon in the eyes of your sis and mum

Faced your personal battles with dignified aplomb

Spiritual faith is key to your ambitious plans

Your songs appealing to unlikely fans

Your thirties are looming but hold no fear

You will achieve even more for loved ones to cheer.
