I Wonder How You Now Have Got No Feelings Poem by Gert Strydom

I wonder how you now you are able to have no feelings,
where the impact of love still remains with me,
what are driving you to avoid me,
you do not have insight what the thousands of poems mean
and I still have you in every beautiful feeling.
I struggle to continue and keep getting hurt,
do believe that God did create you for me,
where loneliness washes like a flood-tide over me.
When my bitter-sweet memories
put you in my thoughts
your humanity still has an impact on me,
do bring the worst and best to me,
you do bring to my life both joy and fear,
where you still do touch my spirit and soul.
