I Wish Poem by Harthman Carpio Munteanu

I Wish

I wish I’d be a stone
That you could sit upon;
I wish I’d be the air
run-passing through your hair;
I wish I’d be a place
on which to put your face;
A spot onto your pillow
Instead of this weird fellow

I wish I’d find a hole
To hide myself and all
That make me so damn weak-
A freaking lunatic;
Rain puddle on a field
To wash away my guilt,
Or to get stoned somehow
To loose myself for now…
