I Swallowed The Darkness Poem by Ace Of Black Hearts

I Swallowed The Darkness

I'm hating myself for all the right reasons.
Yet I feel so wrong.
I think I've changed the seasons.
I think I've swallowed too much of the darkness.
Everything is a haze.
I feel as if have been stuck the land of confusion.
And it's not amusing.
They say follow your heart.
I've seen where that road leads.
And its quite dark and scary.
It makes me very weary.
I use my head screw my heart.
Let it bleed profusely.
Let it turn to stone.
Let it, let it, just let it alone.
I'm hating myself for all the right reasons.
Yet I feel so wrong. I think I have changed the seasons.
I've stop trying to please.
Shes just another tease, and its just not worth the sacrifice.
I'm am ice.
I have to stop being nice.
Every thing comes at a price.
Twisted, sicking, invigorating is a temptation such as this. Ignorance is bliss.
I wish I was lost in that mist.
But being things as they are.
I'm just not up to par.
Courage is not far.
But I'm humble before it.
So humble before it.
