(i See) Into My Past Poem by Jake MacMillan

I see my whole life, flashing before my eyes,
I see all of my hateful words, and all of my lies.
I see those that I hurt, and those who hurt me,
I see everything all of my mistakes, thats what I see.

I see my closest friends, and my family by my side,
I see all the bullies, and the places I would hide.
I see those that helped, even if I didn't ask.
I see now that all I was, was a cowered in a mask.

I see that I have changed, for good and for bad,
I see that my mum provided me everything I had.
I see that my life is passing by me fast,
I see that now I'm looking right into my past.
