I Love You To Death Poem by Mark Heathcote

I Love You To Death

Rating: 5.0

Case facts are.
I love you to death
that's why I hurt you
that's also why I yell at you
that's why I planned to leave you
that's why I'm acting this odd
that's why I never believe you
that's why I don't trust you
that's why I hate you
but honey, you're my rock.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem is written from a woman's point of view of her man and not mine.Sorry for the confusion this is something I do a lot. That man being me. What a weird kind of love. She's been hurt many soTimes before that she hides her vulnerabilities behind false strengths and anger. She calls me her rock because I have been the only one constant thing in her life as yet not to let her down.

A Beautiful poem just poured from heart. Very true said, anger, pain, hatred all the emotions comes out for a person whom you love the most. Thanks for the notes, which left me smiling. Loved reading it.
