I hear

I hear dying words
When patients look sky towards
Utter silently their death wish
As if to finish the life abruptly

The remedial action is chemotherapy
It increases the longevity
But diminishing then a chance of survival
It is always cursed by an individual

The treatment is meant for bad cells
But it doesn't do well with good cells
The impact is terrible
But what to do! One has to struggle for life

Good cells take a direct hit
And patient slowly meets
The eventual possibility
And leaves everything to the wishes of an almighty

It is not the cancer
That kills patient and makes to suffer
But the chemotherapy
And that is hated by patient already
