I do not see
But I realize that you stare at me
That you look into my eyes
But don’t you know that they are clouded?

I do not see
But I do remember
Who you are
And what you were to me

I do not see, not at all
But I do feel
Rough hands on my cheek
Soft lips on mine

I do not see, I wish I could
But I do hear
A gravely voice whispering in my ear
Wind rustling the leaves of the trees

I don’t see, I dream of it
But I do know
I know I loved you
And that you loved me too
But now, I don’t see, and the past seems to be lost.
