Tonight I’m dreaming in red
And it seems I’m surrounded by roses
It’s soft, and comforting
Despite the color’s intensity

Hands tied in white ribbon
Pressed together, as in prayer
And perhaps it is
A cross hangs from those hands as well
...

Oh dear God what did we do
What have we become
Why were we so stupid
Why did we listened to them
...

Running races bright and early
Going ‘round in circles
Endlessly, and it feels like insanity
As tears fall down the faces

Despite how hard I try
