I am a dreamer and a believer
I wonder about the undiscovered
I hear other people's words trying to pull me back
I see the lies they tell
I want to leave this world behind
I am a dreamer and a believer

I pretend to not be curious about the concealed
I feel the abstract reaching out towards me
I touch the edge of the vastness of the hidden
I worry that I'll be dragged back from it
I cry for those blinded by their lies
I am a dreamer and a believer

I understand the risks of the unexplained
I say I'll get there one day
I dream that it will be better than this life
I try to hide my desire from them
I hope they'll understand one day that
