Humanity Poem by Brigid Walshe

Humanity

Rating: 3.5

HUMANITY

Heartbeats have rhythm with identical beats,
Umbilical cut is same herculean feat.
Myriads of lessons, dyed in cultures hue.
Ancients, elders, the oracles of view.
Nemesis, Nike, do we learn from Gods of the past?
In deities dogma those mantras hold fast.
Time Janus, lay sleep to Ares blood path.
Your God's faith, no, I will come not of wrath.
