She is a friend
and he is mine
When i am in need
she is there to lend a hand
When i feel ugly
he is there to say i'm fine
They are both apart of my spirited steed
they both send my soul free
I love her as a friend
but she loves me as much more
I love him with all my hearts desire
and he loves me the same
To her I can not bend
to lose either of them I could not endure
he sets my heart afire
and it is an ever lasting flame.
To say i need them both
I have no shame
they are both there for me
I need them in my life
to either of them i have sworn no oath
both of them have came
to help my spirit be free
to go without them, in my heart should be a knife
I need them in my life to either of them i have sworn no oath both of them have came to help my spirit be free to go without them, in my heart should be a knife...love, it s complication, human experience. all these are presented in your great poem. loved reading it. thank you. tony
