Hidden In My Room

Rating: 3.0

Hidden in my room, it's my cage
better than jail or their brutal prisons
of this visible
Republican, I am not
allowed to vote
because
this invisible Democrate
will sing a song
for you to pay attention to
until those like me
through you can.

It is beautiful in the use of form and words but it lost me at the end. I suspect that is because of my lack of experience and knowledge rather than anything else though.
