Hey Google Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Hey Google

Hey Google

I tell her: "Hey Google, "
She listens and answers
Then ask her for what want
She obeys, searches, finds.

All is done while drive
With both of hands free
To take role and steer
Using foot for speed
Increase or decrease…

Jobless mind goes, flies
And takes me into time.

I am a small child
With the shoes on and off
Running on the dirt roads
Raising dust like clouds.

Vehicle was donkey
When we left the stick
That kids rode for racing.

Then, did not have a phone
Neither had the lady
To tell her: "Hey Google."

If dad, or anyone
Needed shoe for the beast
They took the food in wrap
Prepared with their packs
And headed for the town.

There, they could possibly
Face a sign informing:
"The shop will be closed
For nearly a week…"
That is if shop owner
Had not died, was not sick.

Ho, ho, ho, I smile and drive…
