Heck No, I'm Not Weeping, Darling Poem by Hebert Logerie

Heck No, I'm Not Weeping, Darling

Heck no, I'm not crying, darling
When it snows, hails, rains and tons
That's when I whine for the air
I breathe and for the beauty of the sea.

But no, I'm not weeping, my love
When I'm sad, on the contrary, I sing
To expel the anxieties that haunt me
In my heart and the boredom of the day.

So, I'm not crying, I'm perfectly at ease and calm
I feel blessed for this big heart and great soul
And I thank the Lord God for giving me so much.

Indeed, presently you give me the urge to do it
For I'm aware that you do not enjoy good health
My eyes are wet. Okay, darling, I'm going to shut up.
