He Loves It Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

He Loves It

He loves it

Though dislike he and me
-I had him in dream

Karaoke in a hall
-he sang songs:
- "Victory! "

His dance was like a bear
-clumsy, in circus

And I laughed
-till cried

He talked of atom bomb:
- "So great is that man;
-my colleague in distance…"

He meant North Korea's!

"I gathered the tinder,
-set it well, made fire,
-he blows with big mouth,
-makes me fan the fire,
-cook my meal…"

"You devil…"
-I told him; after done
-with lecture.

"You live on the blood,
-in rivers and canals
-lakes and seas and oceans
-and you are warmonger! "

I recalled The-Cold-War,
-teaching kids how to duck:
- "Hold your heads! "

The same is in Guam…
-and it is evils' game
-not peoples'…
