Hallmark Card Poem by Rom Mar

Roses and cake are what you might be receiving today
Perhaps, a long list of happy greetings on your fb page
Or a hallmark card plus a sweet chocolate bouquet
Or a hand-written letter conveying the same message

They'd wish you good health as you blow your birthday candle
Maybe, they'd surprise you a concert invite of your fave artist
Or a bubbly stuff toy and a soft throw pillow you can cuddle
Or probably, they would grant all the contents of your wish list

I just wanted this to be different, far from the existing cliches
But I ended up making this poorly-rhymed poem I know you might hate
Don't mind this, just enjoy the moment with your loved ones and your date
And I pray that God will continue to bless you and your family everyday!
