Growth Is Non-Stop Poem by Kishore Kumar Das

Early morning
as I stand besides my window
I see the neem tree
its topmost branch looks like a slender line
but it continues to grow
the pink contour slowly appears
transforms to green leaf very soon
I try to decode its message of growth:
growth, a function of time
growth, unstoppable
real growth stands for welfare of earth
we grow in a perpetual way
either physically
or mentally
or both
is it not amazing!
does 'time' signify growth....
may be, but are we aware of it!
in certain aspects
we don't even visualize our own growth!
but the fact is
we are growing
this awareness can spur the confidence level
and provide energy
to face life in a better way.
