W O R K
We work
not for success
but for the quest for success
either we may succeed:
then also we work
for further success
in any field of endeavour
even if we may not succeed
then also we work
for our desire to succeed!
therefore
neither success is important
nor failure:
the desire for success
only propels us to work
desire for success
the real motivation to work:
not the success!
good observation! Different people seek different things from work; of course for most of us, it is a necessity; but apart from that, other things also matter because if we work like robots there is no joy in it. Success and failure go hand in hand, but it's important to stay motivated and keep hankering for more with the slogan, Best is still to come.
Yes...that desire keeps the fire burning......hope is all we run after...thanks.
