You said you’d never leave me
You promised to be there
So just where have you gone
You’ve vanished into thin air

I’m sorry if I did something wrong
Or if I chased you off
But please come back cause’ honestly
Without you I’m at a loss

Your tender hugs and gentle sighs
Made my days a joy
Without them now I’ve come to find
That life can be a bore

I’m suffering without you
It’s you that made me soar
And even now I can’t help but hope
That it’s you knocking at my door

If you don’t come back
I don’t know what I’ll do
Guess I’ll have to hope
That I can get over you
