Girl From The South Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Girl From The South

You are the girl from the South
Long hair tied in a string of jasmine;
You look like a goddess of beauty
And I will fight to make you mine;

You are the girl from the South
Your eyes shine with color of a dawn;
You smile with rainbows in bunches
From my land to south my heart has gone;

You are the girl from the South
Dusk descends with an innocent charm;
Upon your demeanor as a tide of youth
Holds us to burn in love's eternal flame.

You are the girl from south
