Freedom Is Meaningless Poem by Hebert Logerie

Freedom is really meaningless
If we cannot speak out, express
Our deep feelings about all subjects
Ideas, personalities and objects.

There is no freedom or liberty
If we are limited or oppressed
Freedom becomes senseless
Under such a spurious democracy.

Freedom to speak, to think and to dream
Is priceless. It is not like buying ice cream
Freedom is never discounted or for sale.

Freedom is earned through protests, disputes, sacrifices
Speeches, chaos, revolts, battles, fights, and skirmishes
Freedom should be like the air that we inhale and exhale.
