Forgiveness
I could never forsake thee
Nor will I turn my back on thee
There will always be forgiveness
For those that cause me heartache and pain.

Almost reminds me of what Fyodor Dostoevsky's, The Brother's Karamazov, in one chapter describing what forgiveness can do. This poem of yours is short and sweet.
