When you're down and the world seems a dangerous place
And your small world is the only shelter for your fears
When no one breaths with you and holds your hand
My friend I'll be right here hugging you saying it's ok

My friend don't pause you're so much more than just a human life
My friend don't rest, your soul has so much to offer and share
When you're down and the world seems a poisonous place
And your small room is the only place you feel safe
When no one understands your drowning emptiness
