Fireworks!
- - - - - - - - -
I was fifteen
She was sixteen
Said he very enthusiastically
While recounting his love-cum-marriage story
Looked like a call of destiny
When her saw I in a New Year's party
It was evening
With huge snowflakes falling
I picked up a paper from the floor
Wrote something funny to her
Can I kiss you?
I could read her eyes telling to sue
But she nodded yes at last
I felt so much blest
Left for our hangout place
Where her I kissed and saw fireworks
And today on 40th anniversary of that first kiss
I still see fireworks!
