Fire In Jungles Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Fire In Jungles

Yes, we are useless creatures
Perform act against nature
Listen to no one
And claim as ignorant one

What do we need?
When fail to heed
What creator wants to convey?
Through kind nature and say

“Stop, all these non-sense”
I feel sadness
What are you doing for my sake?
I must warn you and shake

What kind of religion you want to follow?
And worship me with words hollow
Your mind runs elsewhere
Whereas I am here and near

Don’t you feel inside?
That you are not the one to decide
I have destined you to be on safe side
“Bless you all the times” and attention is paid

Let us not invite wrath?
That shall always be in form deaths
Sometimes cyclones may strike
And sometimes fire in jungles or earthquake
