Fatal Accident Poem by mohammad ahmadizadeh

Fatal Accident

I felt losing something belongs to me
When I came from womb into the world to be
I clenched my hand but it was not in the palm
So I newborn cried loud in the arms of mom

I crawl to find the lost precious on the ground
Then standing up to walk gamely around
I rushed to seek for my asset from day one
Following tirelessly consecutive moon and sun

I saw a lot things away from me in a rat race
Devoting years to catch them in a fast pace
I was disappointed as I reached them at last
They looked like what I lost in the past

I fell from the mountain on the rocks
Feeling my spirit above me flying as hawks
I could see my body fainted down
It was drenched in blood but I have fun

When I came back from death's door
I knew it was inside me what I was looking for
Everything wants to gain value going to strife
There is nothing more valuable than life

What is more valuable for any being, than the very life of the being? Beautifully crafted, quite inspiring poem. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful. It often takes losing something (Or almost losing it) to gain a more full appreciation
