I want to write a poem that
It becomes a salty lake for coming back
It flies to the migrated turnagiller's wings
It becomes a wet kisses
To perch on the lip cracks
To rub wounds into the salt

I want to write a poem that
It becomes a window to wake up
To open to the hairs of raising sun
To shine into dazzle eyes

I want to be a poem

A thoroughly enjoyable poem with the really wonderful imagery. It is true beautiful things may gradually disappear, lose their grandeur, but they remain preserved in no better place than in the words of a poet.

Looking out at the landscape of Urmu Lake wanting to be a poem nurturing everything and making it beautiful and alive again. Very sentimental poem, I like it. Thank you for sharing. RoseAnn
