“Condemn the attitude and not person” legend says
Praise the good quality with reasons
Give full respect to an adversary if he is benevolent
Never miss an opportunity to take note if he is present

Bring in no ego if you are lacking
Never advance claim and attempt in staking
That shall only result in doom
For bad quality there is no room

Point out the bad practices
If that run contrary to the promises made
There is no use of keeping quiet
Not everything should be left to the fate

No individual is bad
His inherent qualities bring in sadness
He is forced to ace under compulsion
Let there remain no confusion

Eve at home some decency must be observed
If something has to be told then it must be told
No one may mind if something is proving wrong
Reputation of family name must remain strong
