Faith Poem by Unnamed Weirdo

Faith

When things go wrong, and horribly bad
And all light and hope vanquishes from sight
and all the worries of mice and men
come flooding back in a rush again
When darkness prevails into an endless night
And you have lost everything else you had

When the devil frolics, dances and plays
to tease you with troubles and pain
When all optimism is lost and buried
and burdens you with all the grief you carried
The mind infected, gone crazy from sane
and all you wish it to forget the trouble of the days

When everyone seems to stare and hate
at everything and anything you have not done yet
And for reasons untold, you cannot regain
In all the while, you have nothing but the name
of faith in your hearts, which will allow you to forget
and forgive all those up to now, up to date

The clouds have a silver lining they say
where even when the skies are dark it shines
bringing in a small window of hope
and glisten with twinkles, seen through a telescope
that things will be better with time
and the finally the black skies will turn gray
