Even Now Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Justice was denied then and even now
The earth has turned infertile to plough
The show was same then also and even today
we have passed through agony and may continue till pass away

The spirit must be kept alive
Life is to be realized and relived
Whenever come across tears in eyes, try to wipe out
The story of Jesus and love is same and talked about

Lord Jesus thought the same
The honorable living was not near to claim
It was always bleak future?
I am quite confident and reasonably sure

Many people are stoned to death
Cruelty still exists and people fear for taking breath
They have lived without honor and promises
Forgotten completely about ideals and lapses

I knell down before Him and regret
I expect no mercy to be let
I know what I have done and what is in store
Yet I bow down before Him and plead for more

I know that He is so kind and reasonable
The life here is like water bubble
In short we have no time to justify action
Love is the only way for strengthening the relation

Let us not aggravate the situation
Let us not purse it with continuation
World has reached near its end collapse
Who knows when will it end the curse?

We look at his merciful eyes and cry
We can raise many questions and ask why?
We are sensible human being and at least not animals
We need to pray for His reincarnation or re-arrival
