Endless Love Poem by Emmanuel Benson

Endless Love

Rating: 4.5

The sea flows but it's never filled up
The rain falls and yet falls much
The moon shines all night, still brighter it shines
The grass is cut but it's still everywhere

The grave is never tired of corpse
The land never says no to retaining water
Birds are never tired of flying
The wind blows even on sunny days

Every flower is full of beauty and scent
Everyone finds pleasure plucking it
Everyday adds to it's beauty
Everyhome needs a flower

Love is good and honourable to all
Love brought salvation to all
Love is not lust, and counts no fault
Love is God and endless it is.

Love means to give wholeheartedly. It is the highest level of human civilization - the measure of civilization is compassion. Your use of Simile in the poem is very appropriate. Lovely poem. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
